The Genco Family
Genco Concrete was started by Joe Guarasci in 2012. The Guarasci family is a family of consumers foremost over a business family. Joe specialized in residential new build concrete from 2003. After riding out the housing collapse of 2008 and following recession, Joe had seen too much of consumers receiving poor service and contractors paid short buy the housing industry. After experiencing problems first hand, Genco was formed to offer a service and helping hand upfront to customers feeling overwhelmed by the contracting process and underwhelmed by the current contractors performances and knowledge.

​We are a family run business born and raised in Sunbury, Ohio. We believe in nothing more than family, friends and good old fashioned American hard work. It is the overall mission now of our company to bring back the American Dream Standard.
